Love signboards! Live Dosas???!! How would they make the garlic dosa? ground in, minced sprinkled?
Probably minced and added to batter, or fried and sprinkled on top - I'm not so adventurous when it comes to dosas :) prefer it as masala dosa or with molaga podi at home, at best I'd have a palak dosa which was pretty good here
Yum, that fort cochin has my name on it :) But curd with appam?
Appam items were not to great :(
